ORIX-8NL classic hunting knife for skinning with a fixed blade and full-tang construction, made of MoVa molybdenum-vanadium steel. Designed for hunting enthusiasts, it also works as a survival knife. Solid – durable – perfectly balanced – it will work in any situation.
Blade – with a Clip Point profile, 3.6 mm thickness with good mechanical properties and long-lasting sharpness. Made of durable stainless steel molybdenum-vanadium X50CrMoV15. Hardened in the range of 57-58 HRC. Smooth blade (Plain type) was made with concave cut (Hollow Grind). The Satin Finish (semi-matte) coating eliminates glare.
Handle – ergonomic, profiled under the palm provides a perfect grip during work. Covered with claddings made of natural coral wood, riveted brass covers with an interwoven leather strap.
Sheath – extended, protects the head with a part of the handle. Made of brown leather with embossed manufacturer’s logo, fastened with a snap. The sheath was sewn on the edges with a decorative thread. Fastening to a belt or gear allows you to carry the knife in a vertical position.
